Using instruction
1, First place the sharpener on the platform.
2, According to the blunt knife, do as the following one, two steps:
Step one:Coarse grinding used for the blade or repairing badly damaged blade, suit for a more blunt knife.

Put the 400 grit diamond side upward, grinding on the surface back and forth with a smaller force and keep 10-30 degree angle between grinding surface and the blade when sharpening.

After grinding sharp, just repeat sharpening six months later, also can use according to specific circumstances.

Step two:Fine grinding: this is a necessary step for the elimination of burrs on the edge, ensure the blade smooth and bright.
Put the 1000 grit diamond side upward, grinding on the surface with a smaller pressure than step one, grind the blade back and forth with 10-30 degrees angle.

Under normal circumstances, it is recommended once a week or everyday , keep your knife sharp every time.
3, After grinding, clean knife with a damp cloth or water and then dry it. Clean diamond surface with a soft brush , keep the diamond surface clean.

Caution
1, Appropriate water or oil can be added when sharpening.
2,It is a normal phenomenon when diamond surface become black after use.
3, Do not put the knife sharpener into dishwasher or water and do not heat to become warp, so as not to affecting the sharpening result.
4, Do not put sharpener and knives in reach of children, so as to avoid accidents.
